1. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of the website quantumdesign.hr, operated by Quantum design j.d.o.o. under the brand Quantum Design. By using the website, you accept these terms.

These terms cover the website only. Architectural and design services are provided exclusively under separate written agreements, which are not affected by these terms.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the Quantum Design studio, its services and selected projects. Its content is for information only and is neither an offer, nor professional advice, nor does it create a client relationship.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, visualisations, drawings, photographs, the logo and the design of the website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights under Croatian law (including the Copyright and Related Rights Act) and EU law. Unless stated otherwise, these rights belong to Quantum Design or to the respective authors and right holders who have permitted their use.

Architectural projects and drawings

The projects shown are the authorial works of their architects. Floor plans, elevations and other drawings are published for presentation only. They are simplified and incomplete, and must not be used for construction, permit applications or any other technical purpose.

Visualisations and photographs

All visualisations and photographs on the website were created by Quantum Design and are its property.

Permitted use

You may view the website and share links to its pages, including through the share buttons. Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, download for reuse, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use any content of the website. Requests for permission can be sent to info@quantumdesign.hr.

4. Links to other websites

The website contains links to third-party services, such as Google Maps and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or for how they process personal data.

5. Accuracy and availability

We prepare the content with care, but it may be incomplete or change without notice. Visualisations are illustrative and may differ from the built result. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or of the information on it. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

7. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are resolved by the court with subject-matter jurisdiction according to the registered seat of the legal entity, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
